Q2. Can I just order blinds and install them myself, or do I need your installation service?

You have both options. If you’re comfortable with DIY and have the proper tools, you can purchase supply-only blinds from us. But we strongly recommend using our professional installation service. That way, you avoid mistakes (uneven rails, misalignment, weak fixings) and get the guarantee that everything works smoothly from day one.

Q3. How do I prepare for your installation visit?

Here are a few tips to make our job smoother and quicker:

• Clear any furniture, ornaments or curtains from around the windows.
• Ensure the wall or frame area where the brackets will go is exposed and accessible.
• Check for wiring, studs, or pipes behind your walls (if known).
• If you have multiple windows, it helps to have a floor plan or measurement list ready.

No — we prefer to measure ahead. Before installation day, we visit (or send a specialist) to take precise measurements. That way, we fabricate your blinds accurately and they arrive ready to fit. Doing installation and measurement on the same day risks mismatches or waiting while parts are remade.

Q6. What happens if the blinds don’t fit perfectly?

We take care to ensure your blinds fit well. But if minor adjustments are needed (e.g. fine-tweaks, bracket shifting), we’ll do that on installation day at no extra cost. If there is a major discrepancy because of incorrect prior measurements, we’ll communicate with you and arrange a fix or remake. Our goal is that your blinds look and operate flawlessly by the time we leave.

Yes, we can remove your existing blinds, tracks, or hardware as part of your installation service (unless you prefer to keep them). We’ll dispose of old components responsibly, leaving your space clean and ready.

Child safety is important. We install cord tensioners or cleats to keep chains or cords neatly out of the reach of children. For homes with young children, we can also recommend or install chainless, motorised, or cordless options.

Absolutely. Many customers choose to have blinds and curtain tracks installed together so everything lines up aesthetically and functions as a unified system. We’ll coordinate all elements — rails, tracks, valances — so your windows look cohesive.
